Hadron Curves Are Anchored Around Midprice

Mid-price and base-spread are initialized and updated by the maker, and anchor the entire swap function. The instruction to update these parameters sit < 40 CUs. Importantly, mid-price must be actively managed, by the maker, sending updates to make sure price has not gone stale.
